The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) in the South Australian Conference is deeply committed to serving those in need, embodying the love of Jesus through practical outreach. Our projects in health, education, and livelihood, alongside disaster relief efforts, aim for sustainable impact and resilience. ATSIM Ministries
The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island Ministries (ATSIM) within the South Australian Conference is dedicated to empowering Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples. We focus on fostering fellowship, nurturing relationships, and uplifting the community spirit. Our tailored initiatives and programs are designed to enhance understanding of the Bible and empower individuals with the skills to serve God faithfully, following in the footsteps of Jesus within their own communities.
Childrens Ministries
The Children’s Ministries department of the SDA Church in South Australia is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual growth of children, while empowering parents and churches to provide Christ-centered spiritual development. Our captivating and age-appropriate programs aim to foster a personal connection with Jesus and develop a deeper understanding of the Bible.
Family Ministries
The ultimate goal of the Family Ministries Department is to foster spiritual growth and encourage acts of service among families within the church. By offering essential tools and educational programs, families can effectively develop a lifelong bond with Jesus Christ and actively contribute to the well-being of His church community.
Media Ministries
In the South Australian Conference, our Media Ministries play a crucial role in spreading the gospel and connecting our community. Featuring Living Ministry Media, Faith FM, and the Communications and Digital Media Departments, we offer a diverse range of platforms for spiritual growth and outreach. Our goal is to use media as a powerful tool for evangelism, providing quality Christian programming that inspires, educates, and encourages listeners and viewers to deepen their relationship with God. Through innovative use of digital and traditional media, we aim to reach people across South Australia with the message of hope and salvation.
Mens Ministries
Our objective at the Men’s Ministries department is to aid men in the church in enhancing their faith and devotion to serving God and their communities. We provide a variety of invaluable resources that enable men to embrace their true calling from God.
Personal Ministries
The Personal Ministries department of the Seventh-day Adventist Church offers members various avenues to spread the gospel, nurture their spiritual development, empower pastors with resources, and cultivate strong leadership through training. Our unwavering dedication lies in uniting our members and churches to showcase the transformative power of Jesus in our everyday lives.
PRAYER Ministries
Prayer Ministries in the South Australian Conference is committed to deepening the prayer life of individuals, offering spiritual support and guidance through every step of their faith journey. By encouraging personal devotion and communal prayer gatherings, we aim to create a supportive network that fosters spiritual growth, resilience, and a closer relationship with God. Trust Services provides financial, estate, and gift planning information to assist church members in effectively managing the resources entrusted to them by God. These services are typically offered free of charge.
Youth Ministries
SAYM endeavours to empower young individuals by providing them with avenues for spiritual development, and leadership enhancement. We are dedicated to creating a sanctuary where young people can freely explore their faith, seek answers to their inquiries, and ponder upon the boundless love of God.
